Solutions Architect

Our client, a prominent financial company based in Horsham, United Kingdom, is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join their team. As a trusted third-party recruitment company, we are partnering with them to find a talented professional who can collaborate with the business and development teams to deliver effective architectural designs for their value stream projects.

The role responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of architectural solutions.
• Utilize your .NET development background to provide valuable insights and expertise.
• Design cloud architecture patterns that align with the organisation’s goals and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solution architecture.

The person we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of architectural designs.
• Background in .NET development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns, preferably in a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Location: This position is based in Horsham, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be required to work at the client’s office in Horsham for 2 days a week. Remote work options are available for the remaining days.
