Our client was looking for a Key Sales Account Manager to join their sales team, with the opportunity to shape the department in order to support the current operation and development of their new factory.
The role responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long term joint development partnerships with key company with focus in UK & EU Region.
- Execute the commercial strategy and bring the product to applications.
- Navigating customer organisation and build relationship with several teams including procurement and R&D departments.
- Align the expectations with customers on the strategic plans and technical specifications
- Manage supplier relationship and visit customers to build relationship and when encounters issues with supply.
- Regular visit to customer site and build long standing credibility and trust
- Bring customer insights and share with team to drive innovation
The person we’re looking for:
- Experienced sales professional with a fast-moving environment background
- Existing strong relationship with key decision makers in product development
- Technical background
- Track record of success in managing accounts, growing businesses, or closing deals is preferred.
- Business Development/ product development experience with joint development partners strongly desirable
- Eager to learn, adapt and contribute to challenging situations
- Results-oriented, creative, and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- High energy and thrives in a dynamic environment
