This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a market-leader software company in Gateshead.
This is a sales-orientated role that will involve telephone consultations, online demonstrations and training and support to school leaders and their staff.
Applications are welcome from sales professionals with at least 3 years’ experience, and teachers will be considered as full training will be provided in this rewarding and varied role. This role offers great earning potential with a basic £25,000 salary as well as achievable and genuine OTE of £37,000 – £50,000+ apart from numerous perks and benefits.
The role responsibilities:
- Support schools in making an informed decision on the company’s products
- Provide online consultations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Maintain close, regular contact with enquirers
- Provide telephone advice and support
- Give pricing information, negotiate, and agree on a tailored solution
- Develop new business through existing relationships
- Occasionally visit schools and attend trade shows/exhibitions
The person we’re looking for:
- 3+ years sales experience unless you have an education background
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adaptable – to meet the demands of the role
- Good ICT skills including Excel, Word, Teams
- Required to take holidays out of school term time
- Working with schools, you will be required to pass a DBS check
