Our client based in Northumberland are looking for an experienced Plasterer to work on a long term contract in Blyth and the surrounding areas.
The role responsibilities:
- Working within domestic properties (social housing).
- General maintenance work.
- Skimming, patching and making good.
- Mixing the plaster to the right consistency.
- Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
- Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.
The person we are looking for:
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
- Must have a valid CSCS Card (blue skilled minimum).
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Able to work alongside other trades on site.
- NVQ Level 3.
- Valid asbestos awareness certificate is essential.
