We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Architect to join a confidential project contracted by Microsoft for our client’s Tech Services. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the migration of application infrastructure from on-premises OpenShift to Microsoft Azure (AKS).
The role responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client’s migration teams and Microsoft AKS landing zone consultants to plan the migration of infrastructure from OpenShift to Azure.
- Utilise your expertise as a Senior OpenShift Expert to ensure a smooth migration process.
- Provide guidance, support, and expertise to migration teams and consultants, offering valuable insights into Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Infrastructure, Infrastructure & Operations, and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Nice to have: Bring your experience with Azure Migration and migration approaches and tools to the table.
The person we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Infrastructure & Operations.
- Significant hands-on experience working with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Highly desired: Previous experience with Hybrid clouds and Azure Stack HCI.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Azure Migration and migration approaches and tools, as well as experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Red Hat OpenShift.
- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
