Lead Java Manager

As a Java Manager, you will be a driving force behind technical excellence. Your role will encompass proactively identifying opportunities for improvements, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. You will be pivotal in guiding the Java development team towards new heights.

The role responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure the production of secure, stable, and high-performing code.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and maintain a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Drive the adoption of Java 8-11, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Tomcat, and SOLID principles within the team.
• Leverage cloud technologies to optimize our solutions.
• Utilise your experience as a Technical Lead to guide the team effectively.

The person we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Java 8-11, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Tomcat, and SOLID principles.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead.
• Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to produce secure, stable, and high-performing code.
• A solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Proactive and exceptional organisational skills.
