This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading agency that designs and delivers cutting edge digital solutions on their new venture.

The business is looking to create a separate marketing agency looking to help clients achieve their objectives by creating impactful marketing strategies. Our client is looking to offer a number of services including, social and content, photography, video, branding, web development and copywriting.

You will be working across several sectors, including a range of large corporate international clients, through to SME’s.

In this role, you will head up the business development looking to identify and develop new business opportunities. Your focus will be on building prospects within your sales pipeline with a consultative and solution led approach, building up trust with them from cold leads to warm prospects.

 

The role responsibilities:

  • To deliver the sales of key products, identifying new business opportunities and devising strategies for winning new business in line with established business plan.
  • Develop prospects from Marketing qualified leads through to implementation and winning business.
  • Build up a database of suitable prospects and conduct suitable research of markets, clients, competing products and competitor organisations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design a credible, robust and long-term B2B growth strategy.
  • Work closely with in house marketing and technical teams to provide accurate information to your prospects.
  • Follow up prospecting activity including emailing marketing material and relevant case studies.
  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage live opportunities in your pipeline.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of BDS products, industry trends and competition.
  • Manage and refine the sales development process to ensure continuous process improvements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in a CRM solution, reporting activity, sales and marketing data
  • To attend trade conferences and exhibitions on behalf of the company

 

The person we’re looking for:

  • Previous track record in new business development
  • Ideally a background working within a digital agency or marketing environment
  • Driven individual who is looking to grow with the business
  • Exceptional communication, both verbally and written
