In this role, there will be no cold leads, you will be giving warms from the outbound team to close, as well speaking to existing clients within your territory.
The role responsibilities:
- Identify commercial business opportunities within customer portfolio
- Prepare and follow up on all commercial activity, prospects and leads
- Operate effectively and adhere to current business policy and procedures
- Manage and maintain opportunity pipeline to support growth strategy
- Delivers consistent performance and achieves KPI’s and business targets
- Build external network and identify new contact using LinkedIn platform
- Commercial aware and drives self-development
- Recommend and support range development
- Build and develop industry sector knowledge
- Understanding of company strategy and propositions
The person we’re looking for:
- Ideally experience within B2B/telesales role but will consider B2C
- Experience in commercial environment
- Deliver tasks to agreed standards and priorities
- Set positive example; helps and supports other
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and working to targets
- Good interpersonal skills
