We are looking to attract an experienced Admin Assistant in the Ashington area with an immediate start.
The role responsibilities:
- To provide business support and technical administrative services to the wider team
- To effectively use relevant ICT systems
- Administer and process debtor and creditor payments to ensure accurate
- Effectively manage all queries
- Assist the wider team with duties
- Liaise effectively with customers to ensure all services are delivered in line with all service standards ensuring effective communication is maintained between the customer and internal staff for the effective planning and deployment of all resources to meet the needs of the customer.
- Assist in the planning and management of fleet vehicles and associated management information systems
- Taking minutes of meetings and providing reports
- To undertake any duties of a similar level of responsibility as may be required from time to time.
The role is initially temporary for 6 weeks on a full time basis.
