The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their key accounts. You will have a passion for customer service, building long-lasting relationships and seeking out new opportunities.

The role responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Managing ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs continue are met, and working with them to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful completion
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data to enable forecasting
  • Attending trade shows and events to promote the business and their products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to high-value clients
  • Communicate effectively with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


The person we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience within an Account Management role
  • Experience working with high-value clients
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Proven negotiating skills
  • Attention to detail and well organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
