Our North East based client are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a business that is growing in terms of its client base and also its reputation in the market and to be part of its growth and future success.

This is a fast paced and varied position, where you will be required to remotely diagnose and repair faults in customer systems using remote access software, ensuring that cases are resolved in a timely manner. Also where needed you will be required to provide face to face support on client sites on faults, new implementations and upgrades.

Key Skills and Experience;
– 2 years of working in a 2nd line position or similar
– Able to communicate with clients of all technical experience
– Have supported on Microsoft office 365 and Microsoft Stack
– A background of working with Citrix
– A fundamental knowledge of Networks and Servers
– Supporting clients on Cloud based products and services
