The goal of this role is to formulate and expand both existing and new relationships to ensure growth and preserve the company’s reputation for quality, delivery and personal commitment.
– Strategic support to Directors on Short, Medium- and Long-term growth plans
– Generate a convertible sales pipeline of qualified leads and support a sustainable growth plan.
– Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new assurance contracts or upsell and secure existing ones.
– Expand awareness of the company brand within a regional, national and international framework respective to target industry sectors.
– Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
– Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer bespoke solutions
– Prepare reports to stakeholders on the progress and success of your strategy
– Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
– Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
– A competitive individual to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients
– Proven experience as a sales representative in an affiliated sector
– Good comprehension of insurance and legal sectors would be advantageous
– Ability to work with technology and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
– Goal-oriented and strive to meet KPIs
– Excellent skills in communication and presentation
– Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationship
