This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global organisation who provide a number of products across various industries in a business to business environment. They are looking for a Sales Executive who would need to act upon existing leads by making outbound calls, identifying leads for the Business Development team. The client offer excellent training and career progression is fully planned and supported.

Responsibilities:
– Making outbound sales, prioritise and proactively maximise all sales opportunity
– Effective use of questioning and listening techniques to understand the customers requirement
– Maintaining accurate customer records and business development activities
– Work to achieve agree sales and growth targets
– Give excellent customer service at all times, managing customer expectations by liaising with other departments
– Participate in team briefings and communicate with team leader and other teams to address issues and to develop skills
– Participate enthusiastically in specific projects and team activities
– Attend training sessions and participate in their development programme to develop knowledge and skills

Person Specification:
– Previous sales experience is essential
– Driven individual
– Excellent communicator
– Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
– Capable of working accurately under pressure, prioritising workload
– Team player, willing to adapt to new challenges and changes
