The Role:
Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors
Address customer enquiries via telephone and email
Providing quality advice and information to consumers and distributors
Resolve queries and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries
Process inbound promotional claims accurately and efficiently
Make effective use of down time, by assisting colleagues with other tasks or promotions
The Person:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English
IT literate with a sound knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office
To be proactive and work on your own initiative
Be a good team player and committed to their work
Hours for Role:
Monday 12-8am
Tuesday 12-8am
Wednesday 12-8am
Thursday 12-8am
Friday 12-8am
