My North East based client are looking for IT Support Engineers to join the business across 1st and 2nd line level,. Ideal candidates will have excellent team work skills and experience of technical problem solving.

Responsibilities:
– Service Desk Support
– Diagnose and fix critical IT issues
– Field engineers will need to attend various sites and be familiar with professional site protocols.
– Display an ability to solve technical issues.

Person Specification:
– Understanding of Windows server, VMWare, various forms of storage and networking technologies
– Microsoft based technologies
– Server support
– Good communication skills
– Customer focused
– To display a willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgement and include appropriate people in the decision-making process
– Being highly motivated, setting and achieving challenging goals
– Having the ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality
– IT Service Desk Support
– Experience working in a 1st or 2nd line environment
– Experience managing networks ranging from 50 users and upwards
– May have experience in an MSP environment or previously worked in an IT Support role.
