Zenith People are proudly representing a manufacturing company based in South Tyneside who are looking for a temporary HR Officer to assist with an increased workload.

Responsibilities:
– To provide generalist HR support to the company
– Employee relations support and advice to Managers
– Dealing with disciplinary, absence and grievance issues
– Absence monitoring
– HR administration and ensuring documents are kept up to date
– Compensation and benefits administration
– Manage training for all employees – Book training courses, venues, and organize in-house training and assist with meeting preparation
– Recruitment and Selection
– Any other duties commensurate with the position as and when required.

– Ability to deal with people at all levels both orally and in writing

– Able to operate in a confidential and sensitive manner

– Must have experience in an HR generalist role
– Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience essential
– Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
– An understanding of Health & Safety requirements of a working environment
– Experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferable
– Experience in Success Factor and Kronos database would be desirable
