Zenith Commercial Team have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Media Production Executive to join a highly thought of company based in Durham. The company have an excellent reputation and are forever growing and developing staff.

The role is to work within the Marketing, Content and Campaigns team and will be responsible for producing and editing a wide range of engaging digital media, consistent with brand and tone guidelines, aligning with short and long-term strategic objectives

The Role

  • Responsible for inhouse Media studio, including maintenance and use of kit
  • Produce live and pre-recorded webinars and podcasts, from concept through to delivery and publishing online
  • Co-ordination across the editorial, production and broader team to ensure high quality digital media is produced that reflects the companies’ brand, and helps make it easier for businesses to do more and go further
  • You will produce and edit a range of video content including Case Study Videos, Promotional Videos, Interviews, and other engaging content
  • Contribute to editorial and production meetings, contributing new ideas and a fresh approach to digital media help the company continually improve and refine its services
  • Liaise with the Designer and Head of Content and Marketing to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. Copyright and data protection)
  • Collaborate in teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Work flexibly within the team including contribution to production of all media content including blogs, animations, slide decs, website, event production and campaign reports
  • The role requires a close working relationship with the Marketing, Content and Campaigns team and across other project teams 2 Dimensions and limits of authority:
  • The role holder is not responsible for managing and monitoring costs but will have responsibility for maintaining company brand standards.

The Person

  • Highly organised, confident, and professional
  • Strong experience and knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Experience operating media production kit and editing software
  • Experience in producing podcasts, webinars, video content and animation
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong IT skills proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Creative and resourceful with a can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ambitious and keen to embrace new challenges, with a healthy attitude towards learning new skills and ways of working
  • Experience in content creation to brand standards
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Degree in Digital Media
  • Creative Photography and videography skills
  • Experience of working within a marketing function
  • Audio, visual skills used in an event setting
  • Knowledge of social media trends and creating content for Digital Marketing purposes
  • Interested in current digital communications practices and trends, curious about future solutions such as live video, online chats, and community management
  • Experience of graphic design
