Zenith People are proudly representing a blue-chip company who are looking to expand their work force even further by looking for highly motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities:
– To support all Company Contracts
– Provide customer service and administration support
– Process completed surveys/installs and submit for install approval/payment
– Adhere to client and company SLA’s
– Take calls / email requests from Utilities for jobs e.g. heating installations, surveying
– Telephone sub-contractors or engineers to arrange jobs
– Upload documents onto the bespoke systems

Person Specification:
– Administration
– Attention to detail
– Strong on IT systems – MS Word, Excel
– Experience of using CRM system beneficial
– Working in a fast-paced environment
– Admin based role but must be happy to communicate – e.g. with engineers, sub-contractors, utilities
– Positive and outgoing approach
– Enthusiastic, friendly and confident
