Due to rapidly growing over the past few years they are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their friendly and experienced Office Manager.

The Role
– Bank reconciliation
– Creating and posting sales invoices and credit notes
– Posting of purchase invoices
– Posting and allocating bank cash/credit card
– Supplier statement reconciliations, nominal ledger reviews
– Answering the telephone
– Any other adhoc admin support
– Ensure all moneys coming in and out are accounted for

The Person
– Be organised and efficient
– Able to work to deadlines
– Experience of QuickBooks is essential
– Worked on a MacBook
– Experience of Microsoft Office and be efficient in the use of Excel

Able to offer contract or permanent
Flexible hours to suit individuals
