Our client are looking for an Administrative Assistant on a fixed term contract till the end of March. You will be responsible for providing support to the Business Growth Team, assisting with projects, processes and task management. The role will include management of meetings, events, diaries, travel, and creation and management of information systems.

Responsibilities:
– To assist in the organisation and provision of clerical and administrative support relating to projects and processes
– Responding to queries relating to the project
– To ensure the smooth running of meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, planning refreshments and creating agendas and taking minutes
– Undertake the management of manual and computerised records
– To communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries and making travel bookings for business directors and business growth team members
– To assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders and invoicing
– Managing correspondence by phone and email
– To plan and arrange events by coordinating the venue, equipment and catering
– To undertake complex IT based tasks including database management, logging referral feedback and uploading information to the CRM system

Person Specification:
– Previous administrative experience
– Ability to organise a daily workload
– Professional level verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
