A major growth area for Zenith People is our recruitment within the Renewables sector. We have given this area specialist focus and have trained and developed our recruitment team so that they are fully conversant with all of the latest techniques and issues within the renewables sector.

We have also developed a unique recruitment and training model, whereby we are working closely with a training partner to recruit and train Candidates with the right basic skill set for the renewables sector and then bringing their skills right up to date with tailored training covering areas such as Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Heat Pumps, Wind Technology and Biomass.

We are dealing with the recruitment of specialists in all areas of the sector including major installers, manufacturers and supply chain.
